The delivery time of the goods depends on who sends the goods: Delagem or the designer directly. You can find this information on the product page next to the "Add to Cart" button. We always try to ship your order as quickly as we can.

For Switzerland, all taxes and customs duties are included in the price. In other countries, taxes and customs duties are not included and must be paid upon receipt of the goods.

All of the jewelry presented at Delagem.com is delivered in branded gift wrapping. Sometimes we can wrap multiple pieces in one package. If you are buying something as a gift and you have multiple pieces of jewelry in your order, be sure to select "All jewelry in separate wrapping" when placing your order.

It is important to us to make returning or exchanging your purchase as easy and comfortable as possible for you. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it. To do this you must:
1. Please make sure that the item you are returning meets these requirements:

• ✓ Item has not been used or worn.
• ✓ There is no damage or scratches.
• ✓ All tags (store and brand) and original packaging (all elements of it) are intact and have not been removed.
• ✓ The item is exactly as you received it.

2. Please email us at [email protected] to let us know that you’d like to return your order. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. It’s very important to indicate on the parcel that it is a return.

Products made to order are non-returnable.

You will receive a refund in the same way you paid for your order. We will try to make it as fast as possible.
